Singha, a Lager brewed to 5.0% ABV, 22 IBU, 8 EBC. At 5.0% it is standard in strength, and its 8 EBC puts it in the pale gold range. Side by side, the glass shows light golden with a fine white head; the aroma leads with light hops, cereal malt, delicate floral notes; the palate is slightly more bitter than other Asian lagers, refreshing; it closes clean, short and lightly bitter. At the table it suits Tom yum, Pad Thai, Thai curries and Grilled skewers. It is best served at 4–6°C in a standard glass and commonly sold in 33cl. It is brewed by Boon Rawd Brewery in Bangkok, Thailand.
